In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast I am speaking to strength & conditioning coach and now author, Brett Bartholomew. Brett has been on twice before and things have changed again for Brett since last time he was on, moving away from Unbreakable Performance and doing completely his own thing. Brett is now a self-published author and Conscious Coaching the book takes centre stage in this episode, plus his philosophy around coaching the person, not just the athlete.
In this episode you will learn -
- Who is Brett Bartholomew (background, education and current role)
- What is Conscious Coaching
- How Brett is coping with the business side of things now he is self-employed
- Building athlete buy-in
- What is personality flexibility
