In this episode I speak with Director of Sports Science at Notre Dame University, Matt Howley. I was actually speaking with Bryan Mann (who appeared on podcast #24) and he insisted that I speak with Matt about his work at Notre Dame and when Bryan says that someone is worth speaking to, I listen. It was a great chat with Matt and I must thank him for his time during a busy in-season travelling up and down the country.
