Phil has held some fantastic positions in his career from biomechanics consultant at UK Athletics with the jump squads to Head of Directorate at University of Salford. Now in his role at Aspire, Phil also makes time to continue the growth of Force Decks, a dual force plate system which is getting some serious traction worldwide and is fast becoming the go-to system in professional sport.
