There are lots of voices in the coaching world. Few are as trusted as the Pacey Performance Podcast. Rob Pacey and his guests share the philosophies, ideas and insights in conversations that are the signal in the noise of the sport performance space.

In episode 106 of the Pacey Performance Podcast I have the pleasure with speaking with Performance Physiologist, Mark Kovacs. Mark has an unbelievable CV having worked most notably in tennis and well as numerous other sports. Working as a sports science consultant with the NCAA alongside writing multiple books and book chapters, Mark was a great guest to get on the podcast. Obviously we spoke about his work in tennis but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to speak to him about his work in other sports.
In the episode you will learn -
- Who is Mark Kovacs (background, education and current role)
- Demands of tennis
- Coaching lateral movements for tennis
- Recovery during tournaments
- Strength & power training for tennis
This episode is sponsored by Vald Performance, the team behind the NordBord.
Mark can be found on Twitter @MKovacsPhD and on his website www.mark-kovacs.com
